Shipping
Each item is made with care and some magic, so please allow up to 5 business days for production before shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on where you are:
 International: usually 7–14 business days, depending on postal owls (or, you know, your local carrier).
You’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey into the wild.

How is shipping calculated?
All of our relics are handmade and vary in shape, size, and weight. Because of this, shipping is calculated individually to ensure the fairest possible rate based on your location.
You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout or in your cart after selecting your country.
We currently ship to the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and select other regions.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
We do not collect VAT, GST, or any other import taxes at checkout.
Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be charged customs duties or local taxes upon delivery. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are handled by your local customs office or postal service.
If you’re unsure about your country’s import rules, we recommend checking with your local authorities.

Returns & Exchanges
Not quite what you envisioned? No worries — you can return most relics within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:
They’re unused and in original condition
You contact us first via our Reach Out page with your order number
The return is initiated before the 14-day window closes

Please note:
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned — we craft them just for you, and your magic can’t be uncast
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we’ll sort it out (no potion required)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, feel free to place a new order.
Received the wrong or damaged relic?
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right — no spellbook required.
